Fashion Designers’ and Craft makers’ Young Designer Awards is a unique fashion event that aims to increase the number and visibility of young and exceptionally gifted fashion designers. We are selling some very early tickets for the awards which take place at the Pullman London Hotel St Pancras 100 -110 Euston Road London NW1 2AJ on Saturday 26th October 2013 at 5pm - 9pm.
We’re selling very early tickets now!! at £10 this is to raise funds for the awards and the progress meeting with the designers. Please support us by buying your very early ticket now!! Tickets will be at least £16 or more at the door so this is a great saving; and if you’re not sure if you will be attending just yet, this is a great way to make a donation to the work that we do. Our Vision is to present an international platform for dynamic young UK fashion designers who can find their niche as individuals and become a brand in their own right. The Aim of our Young Designer Awards and its related events is to increase the number and visibility of young and exceptionally gifted multi-cultural UK Fashion designers, and to encourage them to reach their true potential by rewarding those who excelled both creatively and academically. this year our young designers are inspired by the iconic designer Alexander McQueen. Fashion Designers' and Craft makers' Network would like to announce the inclusion of an exciting Collections Showcase as part of the FDC Young Designer Awards. The Collections Showcase presents a platform for new designers to display their creations to an audience of fashionista's and press.
Fashion Designers' and Craft makers' Young Designer Awards (the brainchild of Knitwear Designer Joanna Marcella) is inviting International fashion & accessory designers alongside our British fashion designers to London on the 26 October 2013 to show their collection in a gala show at the Pullman London Hotel St. Pancras 100 -110 Euston Road London England NW1 2AJ.
This will be an exciting networking event celebrating the work young and emerging designer's creative talents. A group of designers will be producing innovative designs inspired by the iconic fashion designer Alexander McQueen.
Joanna Marcella says, "The Young Fashion Designer Award is a wonderful event and we are keen to make it an international event where designers from all over the world can show a collection and bring their creations to a wider audience." The Collections Showcase and FDC Young Designer Awards promises to be an event not to be missed, not only will attendees be privileged to witness the collections of new up and coming designers of the future, winners will be selected for a chance to showcase in our first New York Fashion Show.
